One large carrot sliced, handful of spinach leaves

Two carrots cut into slices.
Two pears cut into pieces.
One cup soy milk, turn on juicer.
Add carrots, pears and soy milk.
Pineapple Papaya and Lemon Juice

Half the juice of a small lemon
Turn on juicer. Add pineapple,
papaya and juice of lemon.
Pour fresh juice into glass.
Pineapple and papaya contain the enzyme bromelin.

Large apple quartered Turn on Juicer.
Add pineapple, cucumber and apple.
Orange and Guava Juice
Two oranges peeled.
One large guava cut in half.
Turn on juicer. Add ingredients.
