To lower your calorie intake, juice vegetables. The green leafy vegetables provide many of the wonderful benefits of juicing. Unfortunately some vegetable juices are bitter. Add lemon juice to improve the taste. Use only organic grown fruit and veggies for juicing.

 Pineapple, Papaya and Apple Juice

 Turn on juicer. Add pineapple, papaya,

apple and lemon. Pour into glass.

Pineapple and Cabbage and Apple Juice

Apple quartered

Half of a pineapple cut into spears

Third of small cabbage sliced.

Turn on juicer. Add pineapple, cabbage and apple.

Cucumber Carrots Beet and Lemon Juice

 One cucumber peeled and sliced in chunks

Two carrots, tops removed and sliced.

One beet cut into chunks

Half lemon peeled

Turn on juicer. Add beet, carrots

cucumber and half a lemon

Beets are good for the kidneys,liver and bladder.

Beetroot is also a blood purifier.

Pineapple with Parsley and Mint Juice

Half of small pineapple cut into spears

three sprigs of parsley

Small bunch of fresh mint leaves

Put on juicer. Add pineapple, parsley and mint leaves.

Pineapple Carrots and Spinach Juice

Half of a small pineapple, cut into spears

One large carrot sliced, handful of spinach leaves

Put on juicer. Add pineapple, carrots and

spinach leaves

Carrots Pears and Soymilk

Two carrots cut into slices.

Two pears cut into pieces.

One cup soy milk, turn on juicer.

Add carrots, pears and soy milk.

Pineapple Papaya and Lemon Juice

 Half a small pineapple cut in chunks

Half a papaya cut in chunks

Half the juice of a small lemon

Turn on juicer. Add pineapple,

 papaya and juice of lemon.

Pour fresh juice into glass.

Pineapple and papaya contain the enzyme bromelin.

Both these enzymes assist in digestion.

Also aids in detoxification.

Papaya is high in vitamin C, potassium and folic acid.

Pineapple and Cucumber and Apple Juice

Half of a small pineapple cut into chunks

Small cucumber peeled and sliced into chunks

Large apple quartered Turn on Juicer.

Add pineapple, cucumber and apple.

Orange and Guava Juice

Two oranges peeled.

One large guava cut in half.

Turn on juicer. Add ingredients.
