One cup soy milk.

Pineapple Papaya and Lemon Juice
Half a small pineapple cut in spears
Half a papaya cut in chunks
Juice of a small lemon
Turn on juicer. Add pineapple, papaya and juice of lemon.
Pour fresh juice into glass.
Pineapple and papaya contain the enzyme bromelin.
Both these enzymes assist in digestion. Also aids in detoxification.
